How it works

1. Attach your SOPs, your Role Builder package or your own job description.
2. Claude reads them first and only asks about what your documents don’t already say.
3. It checks your job description against your SOPs and tightens it. No job description? It writes one.
4. It lays out what the role does every day, week and month.
5. It checks every task with five questions and shows you which ones an AI employee can take. You OK the list before anything gets built.
6. It builds your AI employee, ready to upload into Claude.
